Sara, Jonathan’s wife, co-founded Beiser Law Firm alongside Jonathan and his longtime assistant Lisa in 2016. She plays a vital role in the firm’s success by overseeing all aspects of office administration, including employees, HR, logistics, and bookkeeping. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that the firm runs smoothly and efficiently every day. Working behind the scenes, Sara is instrumental in anticipating the firm’s needs and meeting them seamlessly—often before anyone even has to ask (including keeping the candy bowl fully stocked). She believes strongly that the firm’s employees are like family, and that philosophy is reflected in the supportive and positive environment she helps create.
